Prerequisites

You will need to know the i_tariff value for the seller / connection rates you want to retreive, it may be found through {Market View} API and/or {List Seller IDs API} e.g ID 866 is for i_tariff value for Seller:PureTelephone Route: CLI, you can try that as an example.
